Your bra size is generally based on two measurements: your band and cup sizes.
STEP 1: The Band Size
- Wrap a soft measuring tape around your ribcage, just under your bust, where the bra band would sit.
 - Make sure the tape measure is flat against your skin and parallel to the ground.
 - Round the measurement to the nearest whole number. For example, if your band measures 32 ½", round up to 33".
 - If the number is odd, add 1". For example, your measurement is 33", and your band is 33" + 1" = 34".

STEP 2: THE BUST Size
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust, usually at the nipple line.
 - Make sure the tape measure is flat against your skin and parallel to the ground.
 - Round the measurement to the nearest whole number. For example, if your bust measures 33 ½", round up to 34".

STEP 3: Calculate Your Cup SizE
- Your cup size is the difference between your band and bust size.
 - For example: If your band is 32" and your bust is 34", the difference is 2".
 - Once you know the difference, use the chart below to determine your cup size.
